Child Safety Standards
Quilcast, by Borodutch Labs Inc. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Quilcast is a client for Farcaster, an open social network. These are our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and they apply on the web and in the Quilcast apps.
Zero tolerance
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexualizes, grooms, exploits or endangers minors is forbidden on Quilcast, with no exceptions. Accounts that post, send or link to it are removed from Quilcast permanently.
How to report
Every cast and profile has a ⋯ menu with Report, which sends the report to us. You can also email support@borodutch.com with a link to the cast or profile. You don't need an account to report.
What we do
We review child safety reports as our first priority and within 24 hours. Content and accounts that break these standards are hidden from everyone using Quilcast, and we report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to other authorities as the law requires. Because Farcaster is an open network that no single company runs, we also report the content to the operators of the Farcaster network and its hubs so they can act on it.
Compliance
Quilcast complies with the child safety laws that apply to it and cooperates with law enforcement on child safety investigations.
