Delete your Quilcast data

Quilcast has no accounts of its own: you use a Farcaster account, which lives on the public Farcaster network and the Optimism blockchain, not with us. Here is how to remove what Quilcast keeps.

On your device

In Quilcast, open Settings and sign out of each account. That removes its keys and the signing key Quilcast added for this device (the network is told to stop accepting it). Uninstalling the app removes everything else it stored.

On our server

Email support@borodutch.com with your Farcaster username or ID. Within 30 days we delete everything stored for that account: your profile look, saved themes, mute and block lists, photos and videos uploaded to our server, and mini app notification tokens. You can also ask for only some of it to be deleted.

On Farcaster

Casts, likes and follows are public messages on the Farcaster network, which nobody, us included, can erase for everyone. You can delete your own casts from the ⋯ menu, which tells the network to drop them. Your Farcaster ID stays registered on the blockchain.
